TMI Lending LLC was founded by Laura Butner & Michele Coffey. After working together since 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase the business and completed the name change in 2018. We were able to purchase a building in 2020, moving in 2021 after a full renovation.
We are a Private Money Broker providing bridge loans for Non-Owner Occupied Purchases, Refinances or Rehabs on Residential Single Family, Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial, Bare Land and Agricultural projects, including New Construction. Laura Butner started as an executive assistant but soon started processing documents and now handles incoming loan requests from application to funding. She has built solid relationships with our investors & repeat borrowers. Laura received her Loan Officer license in 2015.
Michele Coffey started as an accounting supervisor and quickly moved to overseeing the servicing of existing loans. She helps with underwriting along with servicing loans and handling the business’ affairs. Michele received her Loan Officer license in 2015.
